The Human Rights Education handbook is a tool to assist those interested in promoting human rights to become effective educators. It sets out the basic principles of human rights and explains how these can be used as a tool for effecting change in practice. The handbook draws on the experiences of educators and organisations who work in this field to draw insights and examples of best practice. It is divided into seven chapters, each one of which stands alone and can be read independently.
