Organisation aims and activities: -Legal advocacy for everybody;
- Gender equality, HIV/AIDS, Peace making and education;
- Building confidence in and enhancing the reliability and transparency of democratic elections processes, in particular through election observation;


Further details: MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE RESPONSE STRATEGY (NICHR) are:

. To organise the enlightenment and promotion in human rights protection field;
. To create cooperation of lawyers in the field of Child rights, Women's rights, Refugee law, protection of national minorities through legal education development;
. Legal advocacy for everybody;
. Gender equality, HIV/AIDS, Peace making and education;
. Building confidence in and enhancing the reliability and transparency of democratic elections processes, in particular through election observation;
. Enhancing respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms in countries and regions where they are most at risk;
. Strengthening of international and regional framework for the protection of human rights, justice, the rule of law and promotion of democracy;
. To take an active part in the World legal integration processes;
. To make young people aware of human rights and common values European and democratic citizens share and to provide them with the skills and tools; to participate actively and to enhance their activities in this context;
. To carry out the defense work at the court trial, pertaining violence of human rights;
. To carry out the preparatory works of lawyers in the field of Juvenile Justice;
. To support for preparation of experienced facilitator lawyers in direction field;
. Preparation of reports, reflected current circumstances of courts in Azerbaijan;
. To involve lawyer students to organisation of different activities;
. To foster equal opportunities for all, especially for those at risk of exclusion by providing exchange of knowledge and practice and by supporting the development of a sense of solidarity;
. To strengthen the role of civil society in promotion human rights and democratic reforms, in support of peaceful conciliation of group interests and in consolidating political participation and representation;
After beginning their activities, students from law and international law faculties of universities will be involved to this organisation.
Ongoing training courses are conducted for students in human rights sphere.
There are many complaints addressed to the organisation about human rights violations.
