La red vincula las defensorías de la niñez y adolescencia de 11 países iberoamericanos. Tiene como objetivo:

Intercambiar experiencias y herramientas en la lucha contra la discriminación, la explotación, el maltrato, entre diversas prácticas habituales que afectan a la infancia;
Llevar a cabo actividades conjuntas de incidencia;
Hacer seguimiento de las recomendaciones del Comité de los Derechos del Niño.
