Organisation aims and activities: International Catholic NGO promoting and defending the dignity and the rights of the cjild in Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe and the CIS.


Further details: Since 1948, BICE promotes the dignity and the rights of children against all forms of attack, in the unconditional respect of them as persons, within their families, their cultures, the communities to which they belong and their religious beliefs.

 

BICE is a member network. It is present in Africa, Asia, Europe and the CIS and Latin America. In partnership with local organisations, BICE develops projects promoting the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. It gives particular attention to the most vulnerable children and specifically children with disabilities, victims of sexual abuse and exploitation, deprived of parental care, in conflict with the law or victims of war.

 

BICE is a platform of exchanges on all issues related to children's rights. It performs advocacy both at national and international levels.
