http://www.crin.org/docs/Holy See_Mexican Coalition_CRC Report_EN (pdf).docx.pdf
This report was prepared by a group of Mexican NGOs and nationals to provide additional information on the second periodic report of the Holy See. It particularly addresses the Holy See's response to the Committee's List of Issues, especially question N° 11. The report provides an overview of the clergy sexual abuses by Mexicans in Mexico and in other countries, with particular focus on Marcial Maciel's case which demonstrate that the protection and the cover-up of sexual abusers is a structural and systematic behavior within the Holy See, both at local and higher institutional levels.
