This report has been compiled as a result of collaborative efforts of three Russian organizations: Anti-discrimination Centre Memorial, regional St. Petersburg organization 'Coming Out' and Russian LGBT Network. The report provides comments and additional information in response to Russia's Written Replies to the List of Issues related to the 4th and 5th periodic review of Russia.
