This report provides supplementary information to the 3rd and 4th periodic report on the implementation of the CRC in Canada. It is an independent, comprehensive review of how Canada implements the CRC, with a focus on strategic issues in Canada and recommendations for both systemic mechanisms and specific actions to improve implementation of the CRC.
