| The report does not cover the whole of the implementation of the UN CRC in the Czech Republic but only with the primary focus of www.VZD.cz ‘s work “Family environment & alternative care” It notes the lack of progress by the Czech State in this field since the 2003 UN CRC Report & Concluding Observations & comments in detail on the 2008 Report (although the report does recognize that substantial reform efforts / plans have been underway since 2009). On the last page VZD makes recommendations for the improvement of the current system. |
