Organisation aims and activities: A small Secretariat consisting of 4 international staff and one support staff member has been established in Geneva to assist the Independant Expert in the direction and implementation of the Study. The Secretariat operates under the auspices of the Coordinating Committee, consisting of representatives of the 3 core partner UN organisations (OHCHR, UNICEF, WHO).
