We are pleased to share the letter and questionnaire on the impact of advertising and marketing practices on the enjoyment of cultural rights, elaborated by the Special Rapporteur in the field of cultural rights, Farida Shaheed, pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 19/6.

The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights would be grateful if submissions could be sent electronically to srculturalrights@ohchr.org no later than 3 March 2014. Kindly limit the length of your responses (ideally, submissions should be no more than 3,000 words). Please also indicate if you have any objections with regard to your reply being posted on the OHCHR website.
