 This briefing provides an overview of the Brendan Smyth case and demonstrates the patterns of indifference to the rights of children on that part of the Holy See, the Norbertine religious order and the Diocese of Providence, Rhode Island USA. It forms part of the Survivor Voice's submission to the CRC Committee in relation to the second periodic review of the Holy See.
