European Court of Human Rights
San Marino is a member of the Council of Europe and subject to the jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights, which issues decisions that are binding on all Council of Europe members. The Court maintains a searchable database of its case law (http://hudoc.echr.coe.int/sites/eng/Pages/search.aspx#), and the Council of Europe's Theseus project also offers a database containing Court case law relevant to children's rights (http://www.coe.int/t/dg3/children/WCD/simpleSearch_en.asp).
CRIN's case law database currently contains no decision of the European Court of Human Rights on San Marino. If you are aware of any relevant cases, please contact CRIN at info@crin.org.
European Committee of Social Rights
San Marino signed the Revised Social Charter on 18 October 2001. It has not yet ratified it.
