Ce rapport fournit des informations supplémentaires sur le 3^ème  et 4^ème  rapport gouvernemental au Luxembourg sur la mise en œuvre de la CDE au Luxembourg sur la période de 2001 à 2012.

Le rapport contient 80 recommandations de neuf organisations non gouvernementales. Il est basé sur l’analyse de l’évolution entre les années 2001 et 2012, sur l’étude de cas dans les différents domaines de droits et sur une enquête réalisée en 2012 auprès des mineurs par questionnaire mise en ligne. Un complément commun au rapport présente une étude sur les droits des mineurs trans’ et intersexes à l’exemple de la situation au Luxembourg.
