This report provides supplementary information on Israel's 2nd periodic report with regard to the Occupied Palestinian Territory on the imlpementation of the CRC and OPAC.

The report focuses exclusively on issues affecting Palestinian children in the Occupied Palestinian Territory and those detained in prisons inside Israel. It covers the period 2002 to 2012, and includes information on: fatalities, injuries, detention and prosecution of children in Israeli military courts; ill treatment and torture of child prisoners; settler violence; and recruitment. Under recruitment, the report focuses on the use of children as human shields by the Israeli army during military operations and their attempt to recruit them as informants. The report also includes a section on accountability.
