This report provides supplementary information on Israel,
CRC/C/ISR/2-4 on the implementation of the CRC. The report
highlights Israel s violations of the rights of migrant(workers) -, refugee -
, and asylum seeking children by automatic and prolonged detention of
children. Focusing on denied access to basic human rights, such as the
right to health, to social security, and compulsory education. The report
contains specific recommendations on the implementation of child-rightsbased
national policies.
