It discusses major child rights issues including persistence of corporal punishment in family settings, higher number of children involved in hazardous work, lack of assisting devices for children with disabilities, burdening education costs which compromise free education, sexual exploitation in refugee camps, lack of specialised juvenile chambers at the high and supreme courts and reluctance to ratify the third optional protocol to the CRC on a communications procedure.
