لإرسال معلومات عن أحداث قادمة لشبكة معلومات حقوق الطفل

- ارسل معلومات عن أحداث عامة

- تأكد أن معلوماتك تجيب على الأسئلة الأساسية: من؟ وماذا؟ وأين؟ وكيف؟ ولماذا؟

- عرِّف من يقرأ بما هو الحدث، ومن ينظمه، وتوقيت حدوثه، وغيرها من المعلومات المهمة الأخرى.

- تأكد أن تضيف الوصلات والروابط لمزيد من المعلومات.

- ارسل متابعات للحدث، أو النتائج، أو التوصيات.

- لا ترسل معلومات عن أحداث تتعلق بمجموعات معينة مثل اجتماعات مجلس إدارات المنظمات وما شابه.

- لا ترسل عن حدث قبل انعقاده بأكثر من شهر.
