Douglas MacArthur Osgood wrote on 08/12/2010:
I have found out in life that it is illegal to circumcise a minor without his consent. A boy's genitals are the sole property of the child, and not of his parents. Also, the operation will destroy about 50 per cent of the function of baby's penis. The damage done in the operation can never be undone. Circumcision performed on an underage boy is a criminal assult.
