Summary:
The Committee adopted this general
comment on general measures of
implementation for the Convention
on the Rights of the Child. The
comment, the Committee's fifth on
various issues relevant to the
Convention, states that it was
drafted to outline States parties’
obligations to develop what was
termed "general measures of
implementation."
