The Child Rights Defenders League's report provides supplementary information on Kyrgyz Republic's 3rd and 4th periodic reports on the implementation of the CRC.
The report highlights the gaps in the State report and tackles critical issues such as children who are separated from their biological families and relatives and are sent to boarding schools. It reports the lack of support or services to families in difficult situations, the situation related to child labour and the failures in the child protection system.
