El Boletín Conexión # 2 - Boletín centroamericano de Justicia Penal Juvenil de 2010, titulado "Contexto Centroamericano y su Incidencia en los Sistemas de Justicia Penal Juvenil" ofrece una mirada sobre el contexto, realidades y particularidades de los países de la región centroamericana con el fin de poner sobre la mesa las medidas llevadas a cabo por los distintos Estados y las repercusiones que han tenido en las políticas, sociales, económicas, y en particular en los sistemas de justicia penal juvenil. El documento ofrece ejemplos específicos de Panamá, Honduras y Costa Rica.
