At its 10th session (Geneva, 30 October to 17 November 1995) the Committee on the Rights of the Child devoted a day of general discussion (13 November 1995) to the theme "The Administration of Juvenile Justice". As for previous thematic discussions, the Committee invited representatives of United Nations organs, bodies and specialized agencies, as well as other competent bodies, including non-governmental organizations, research and academic organizations and individual experts, to contribute to the discussion. Several organizations and individual experts submitted contributions and other relevant documents on this theme.
