The Women's Commission for Refugee Women and Children has released the report Room to Manoeuvre: Lessons from Gender Mainstreaming in the UN Department of Peacekeeping Operations. The report seeks to share lessons and learning on the diverse approaches and methodologies used by various UN agencies to implement former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan's directive to mainstream gender in all UN agencies.
