TURQUIE : des mineurs détenus pendant plus de 400 jours
En Turquie, les mineurs arrêtés pour infraction sont mal lotis. Les tribunaux pour mineurs concluent en effet leurs décisions en 414 jours en moyenne et les affaires portées devant les chambres correctionnelles de ces tribunaux durent en moyenne 502 jours, ce qui entraîne un nombre de mineurs détenus 3 fois supérieur aux interpellations de mineurs.

Hundreds of people, including children have been arrested and thousands of people have been wounded during the recent protests in turkey. Instead of ending police violence and lending an ear to the demands of the people, the government has started blacklisting people including children and young people who participated in these events.
