This executive summary offers an overview of the information brought to the attention of the CRC Committee regarding the imlpementation of the OPAC in the DRC.
The report indicates that despite the 2009 promulgation of the comprehensive Child Law for the Protection of Children, there are still children involved in armed conflict as part of the national forces and armed groups in the East of the country.
