The seminar will seek to bring to light all the situations where children can be implicated in war, one way or another. It will make a point of looking at the challenge that juvenile justice is faced with in relation to child war-criminals: civil justice or military? Which rules and which guarantees? What type of rehabilitation? It will also seek to come up with new forms of action and intervention in regards to those who do not respect children, and offer better protection for children against war.

The Seminar is intended to: members of NGO’s active in this field, professionals charged with the problems relating to the protection of children in their region, members of armed forces, doctors, lawyers, teachers, psychologists, judges, social workers and all professionals concerned (media, politics); researchers and students nearing the end of their studies are also welcome.
