Department of Family Relations KaPa Centre The Department of Family Relations carries out studies concerning the interaction between the individual, the family and society. Since 1988 the Department functions in parallel as a Center for the Study and protection of Child Abuse and Neglect. "KaPa Center" its main focus being the study of active and passive violence towards children and it's prevention.
