Summary:

The voices of children and young people are often completely ignored. That is the message coming from Keith Towler, Children’s Commissioner for Wales, as he launches his Annual Report and Accounts for 2012/13.

The Children’s Commissioner and his team are urging all those who have a duty to protect children and young people to ensure they don’t lose sight of the common sense approach of listening and hearing what children and young people have to say and acting upon their concerns.
