This report provides suplpementary information on the 3rd and 4th periodic CRC report by the Government of Lithuania. In this report, a group of independent NGOs working in the field of human rights and rights of children, present concerns on a variety of issues which hinder effective implementation of the CRC. The report notes that stagnation and regression in the field of child rights and human rights in general that have been observed during the last decade and especially since the onset of the crisis in 2008. The last 4 years, since the adoption by Parliament of the Family Policy Concept have been marked with the anti-human rights trend.
