The ’52 minute documentary « Children on the move: Children First ! » gives a say to migrant children who tell us the reasons for having taken the decision to leave their home countries. The ‘violence’ of the trip, the appaling life conditions, the dangers, the threats they had to face during their long journey and upon their arrival in Europe are overwhelming testimonies expressed all over the documentary.
« Children on the move : Children First! » was presented for a first time to the media and to 43 Human and Children’s Rights Ombudsman’s institutions on Wednesday 26 September 2013 on the occasion of the 17th ENOC Annual Conference dedicated to the theme of children on the move.
