Summary:

With Executive Order # 761 of June 1st, 2012, the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, approved the National Children’s Strategy for the period 2012–2017 in accordance with the CRC in order to shape state policy to improve the situation of children in the Russian Federation. The National Strategy will be implemented through two stages: 2012-2014 & 2015-2017.
The main points of the Strategy (this is NOT an official translation of the original text-in Russian-provided by the state authorities) are summarized in the attached document.
