Summary:

The report was prepared during "Child Year" in Azerbaijan and dedicated to the 50th Anniversary of the UN Declaration on the Rights of the Child and the 20th Anniversary of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
It provides state policy on children's rights, international and national legislation in this field, proposals and recommendations aimed at better protection of children's rights.
